FAQ

Good to know before your first class

Do I need to be fit to start?

No. Every workout is scaled to your level – weights, reps and movements. You train alongside people of all ages and fitness levels, each at their own pace.

What should I bring?

Sports clothes, clean indoor training shoes, a water bottle and a towel. Everything else – barbells, kettlebells, rowers, bikes – is here.

How long is a class?

60 minutes: warm-up, skill or strength part, the workout of the day (WOD) and a cool-down. Maximum 12 athletes per class, always with a coach.

Can I come with a friend?

Of course – each of you books a free trial slot for the same class. Training together is what we're about.

Does my health insurance pay?

1352 Athletics is QualiCert-certified. Most Swiss health insurers contribute to memberships through their supplementary insurance – SWICA for example up to CHF 900 per year. Ask your insurer for the exact amount.

Your first class is free

Book online, show up in sports clothes, bring water. We take care of the rest.
